What is the difference between self-paced, cohort, and workshop?
Self-paced lets you learn anytime. Cohorts have fixed start dates and group feedback. Workshops are intensive sessions focused on a single outcome.
What tools and materials will I need?
Essentials include clippers, a knife, tape, wire, frogs or chicken wire for foam-free builds, and buckets for conditioning.
Do you offer refunds?
Self-paced courses may be refundable within 7 days if less than 20% is completed. Cohorts and workshops may have stricter policies.
Do I receive a certificate?
Yes. Complete required modules and pass final assessments to receive a downloadable certificate of completion.
How long do I keep access to a course?
Self-paced courses include at least 12 months of access. Cohorts and workshops include access through the event window and recap materials.
What are the technical requirements?
A modern browser, stable internet, and the ability to view video and PDFs. LocalStorage is used for preferences like theme, cart, and fallows.
